He needs to produce the facts and content of speech to support his allegations. We cannot allow people to use the Floor of the Senate to make allegations that they make on the streets, at funerals or political rallies. This is the Senate of the Republic of Kenya; we want facts to be tabled. Is he in order, under Standing Order No.105, to make statements that are not factual and cannot be substantiated? I demand that he substantiates by providing tangible evidence to support the allegations that he has made; not statements that he makes in funerals, bars or the streets. This is a House of Parliament, and it must be respected."
