Munyi Mundigi giving notice of this adjournment Motion, he was again on the Floor of the Senate asking for a Statement on the subsidised fertiliser scheme. He was alleging that the subsidised fertiliser is unavailable, it has been brought too late and it is not serving the ends that it is supposed to serve. What a contradiction."
