    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I rise, pursuant to Standing Order No.53(1) to seek a Statement from the Standing Committee on Finance and Budget, regarding the Access to Government Procurement Opportunities (AGPO) Programme which requires that at least 30 per cent of Government procurement be reserved for enterprises owned by the youth, women and Persons living with Disabilities (PWDs) in compliance with Article 227(2)(b) of the Constitution. In the Statement, the Committee should- (1) State the number of youths, women and PwDs currently registered on the AGPO Programme, providing details of the number of AGPO registered enterprises that have successfully tendered for government-related contracts.
