    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir, for the opportunity to support the Bill that was brought forward by Sen. Crystal Asige. This is an important Bill as far as the Constitution of Kenya is concerned. The Persons with Disabilities Bill is unpacking Article 54 of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010. I support this Bill because it is very important as far as our Bills of Rights are concerned and the rights of every Kenyan. This Bill is looking at the rights of people with disabilities with a view to realizing the Articles in the Constitution, both in the Bill of Rights and Article 54, which touches on PwDs in particular.
