    "content": "We know that there is money that is given to a disabled child. We need to be careful and ensure that the support is reaching the child. Apart from the support of the child, we also need separate support for the caregiver. Otherwise, the caregivers or the parents will use the Kshs2000 that belongs to the child to take care of themselves and the other children and forget the disabled children. We need to have systems that will ensure people with disabilities are taken care of from when they are born."
