I am the one who has raised this question and I am listening to all the information that we are receiving which is very good and healthy, but it is very irrelevant for this purpose. If you look at the gist of my Question, it is about discrimination and equalization of opportunities. If we are teaching children in the rural areas in their mother tongue; if you are teaching people in my rural Rusinga in Suba, why can we not teach the children in Nairobi in Suba, Kisii, Kiluhya or Kigiriama? It is unconstitutional and it is about equalization of opportunities. Could the Assistant Minister address himself to that? It is not about culture. I am also cultured, that is why I am a proud Suba."
