    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I rise to support my leaders led by the Senate Majority Leader to condemn this shameful conduct from our Cabinet Secretaries. The President has clearly stated in this country that the Cabinet Secretaries should appear in Parliament. These Cabinet Secretaries should know that they are not appearing before us as individuals, they are appearing before us because our key and first mandate in this country is representation."
