    "content": "Is it in their choice to behave the way they want? We have matters we needed to ask. We have the business we needed to conduct. We are here because of the representation role we have in this country. If they are not going to execute their mandate, they need to tell Kenyans that we are not in a position to. Appearing before the Parliament is one of their responsibilities. If that cannot be achieved, then we need answers or give other Kenyans the opportunity to serve people in this country."
