    "content": "It is very unfortunate that Ministers are evading both Houses, especially the Senate. One thing to note is that this is a House that is able to impeach even the President and the Governors. I know Cabinet Secretaries go to the National Assembly just because that is where they make their budgets. They believe that if you do not attend there, maybe they will not be able to get approval of their budgets."
