    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, all these are issues that we are trying to address as a country through our Vision 2030, the current national Governments own agenda and the county governments planning. What we do not do well in this country is to have a forum where we hold the Executive accountable on how they are moving on the targets they have set on each of these SDGs. This Motion is seeking to require that the national Government economic planning department and the county governments through the CoG, come up with a framework that can assist the Senate and the National Assembly to speak confidently. They should say as Kenya, we have moved this far on this target number one and seven. However, we are not doing very well on this other target and the reasons as to why we are not doing well are these.
