    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, for giving me the opportunity to support this Motion on accelerating the implementation of SDGs as articulated by Sen. Mumma. I thank and congratulate her for a well-articulated Motion. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, when Sen. Mumma was explaining that, she mentioned two points that I think need to continue to be emphasised. This is about the implementation roadmap; a measuring implementation. The biggest problem that we have in many of the laws that we have ratified as a country is the fact that we ratify and keep them safely in drawers and implementation becomes a problem. The SDGs were as a result of the failure of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs). They were articulated---"
