    "content": "At that time, the focus on poverty eradication was very high. It looks like we have gone back and we are not ensuring there is food for the needy corners of this country. We have the producing counties and we have counties that have the ability to produce more. It is worse now with climate change. So, the distribution of food should eliminate this thing called poverty, hunger in particular, in this country. We have people who live in slums. What programmes do our counties have? What do our governors have? They have the money that we have voted, so that they take care of this country."
