    "content": "I support this Motion and the idea of audits being done both at the county and national level. The Kenya Kwanza Government began very well. The President engaged all the 47 governors in the Summit. They drew a plan of how they were to move forward. All the monies for the counties were released. There was a lot of goodwill from the President to move the country forward. I believe we can come back on track. Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir and Sen. Mumma."
