    "content": "We need to move to a level where we work together. Whatever reporting mechanism, it should be simpler and also respond to our issues as the Senate. Sen. (Prof.) Kamar stated the need for this Senate to be involved in developing these matrixes. This is because we have an interest in oversighting the development of counties and the national Government. For us to do so, she suggested that, as a Senate, we need to take an interest in this issue. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I thank my colleagues and the House for this opportunity. I request the secretariat that as we develop it, we will update this Motion because it has been enriched so much that we should send it out as a Senate to end up with a tool that will guide our oversight role.
