    "content": "I just hope and pray that there was concurrence from Kenyans with regard to these Regulations, and that they are beneficial. Secondly, I hope that the revenue generated from these taxes will be used to procure drugs in hospitals, build classrooms and obtain textbooks for our schools, pay salaries on time, and support different services as provided for in Article 43 of the Constitution of Kenya."
