    "content": "Two, I support this by indicating that finally, in terms of business, we are headed towards e-business and e-commerce. Every other business including those operating on the ground, if I may use the words of the Mover, will soon or later be on the cloud. Therefore, unless we go to the cloud space to ask those trading their big businesses to pay VAT and other taxes, then we shall shrink our tax net. In a country like ours which over-relies on external borrowing that we now want to reduce so that we depend on ourselves, this becomes a very good platform to expand the tax net and bring those who are not paying taxes and are operating under the e-market."
