    "content": "Hon. Temporary Speaker, I think this is something which you and my friend who has just spoken being lawyers know about. I think the way we are going is good and the dispute tribunal being set up should be evaluated after five years. Somebody said it will be very expensive but we have to move with the times because things keep changing and as they do, we have to check what is not working. I agree that we should evaluate this Bill after every five years because we are in dynamic times and everything keeps changing."
