    "content": "I support the Bill. I hope that we can get an opening to deal with cross-cutting issues. County assemblies are not supposed to come up with their own independent laws when we can initiate a law from the National Assembly that goes to the Senate which will benefit all counties. That will be a good thing. I imagine that the tribunal will come up with a system where if land in Elgeyo Marakwet has similar characteristics to land in Machakos or Makueni, we should have a uniform rating so that Kenyans can benefit from the law in any corner of the country."
