    "content": " We are working on standardizing the value index. When the President made that remark, as a Committee, we had a lot of problems and petitions from the public. I have used the SGR as an example. The valuation of one acre of land on the right side is higher than the one on the left side and this creates a conflict of interest. With these provisions, we will cut deal with valuers because one will know the land rate of a particular county. It is going to stop corruption and manipulation of valuation report by surveyors.
