    "content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Temporary Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to weigh in on this very emotive issue. As my colleagues have said, this Motion is long overdue. In our areas and the country at large, most children have gone through a lot; some get pregnant in primary schools. This is because children are not educated on the progress in their lives. It is high time that we put in place a mechanism to ensure that children are taught about all that is happening in their lives so that they can know what can be done and what cannot be done. In this time and age when we have incurable diseases like HIV/AIDS, we need to sensitise children to know the dangers associated with it so that they can take care of themselves.
