    "content": "It is noted with a lot of sadness that even after greatly inconveniencing passengers on Sunday, Jetlink Express in the name of saving costs, lied to stranded passengers who stayed in Kisumu overnight that they could not get any more seats as the available space in the substitute aircraft which they loaned from a competitor had been taken up. However, the truth was that when that airline eventually took off there were 20 empty seats. What part of Jetlink’s licence allows for this “dukawallah” approach to high safety and risky business like operating a commercial passenger airline?"
