    "content": " Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir for indulging us and giving us an opportunity to make comments on the three reports tabled by our colleagues who serve as Chairpersons of various Committees of this House. I will be brief and perhaps take up from what Sen. Cherarkey has said, though I will be a bit measured. I agree with Sen. Cherarkey in challenging our Committees to do better, give us reports that go over and above the call and demands of Standing Order No. 56. I say this because I know the history of how we came up with Standing Order No.56. This is a new Standing Order recently introduced into the House and even amended further to list the kind of reports that committees need to bring to this House."
