    "content": "Another area that has impressed me is that this Bill shall ensure that the fees collected are not prohibitive and do not hinder doing business. There has been a perception in the counties that big business entities are not licensed. The fees that are attached to their licenses are not equivalent to the businesses. Some of these small business people are women selling tomatoes worth Kshs500, Kshs2000, or even Kshs1000 per day. However, fees is collected from them."
