I take this opportunity to laud the efforts being spearheaded by the competent Member of Parliament for Matungulu who has used the better part of the last three weeks trying to see how we are going to combat TB menace. I want to ask my very good friend, Hon. Opiyo Wandayi, to learn from the Member of Parliament for Matungulu to use his energy positively. He should not waste his time on unhelpful things that do not take this country forward."
