"content": "If you do an analysis of the people who were killed, they were between the ages of 13 and 23. Anybody who has ever studied Sociology knows how young people behave when there is commotion. If you kill a person of that age, and some people were just going about their business, it is not right. In my constituency, for example, the young man who was killed was just fetching water and when commotion started, he went to check what was going on and unfortunately, he was killed. How can a police force that we have employed continue killing young people, as young as 13 to 23 years? We have all the data. I think this House, with all due respect, should rise to the occasion and make the police accountable to this House."
