    "content": "Under the court matters affecting the Senate and the devolved system of government, the Committee on Justice, Legal Affairs and Human Rights has a standing agenda every month where it receives status reports, deliberates on and gives directions on cases pending in court relating to the Senate and devolved system of government. Where appropriate, we bring this to the attention of the Senate in Kamukunjis or both, for information and to enable the Senate to adopt a common position."
