    "content": "Additionally, the Committee intends to hold targeted high level meetings on thematic areas falling within its mandates including the policy and legislative framework on elections and electoral laws reforms. This is what I had earlier on alluded to, that we had an engagement with the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) as well as receiving proposals on the areas which they have identified and earmarked. For instance, we have the issue of the upcoming boundary review, which as per the Constitution is supposed to be done within the next 12 months or so."
