"content": "Sen. Oketch Gicheru, you will be able to ask our good friend, Gov. Ochillo- Ayacko, to give an account of the resources we devolved to Migori County in the last financial year. We shall take good time to study his use of resources and whether they have been prudent; how much money went to development and recurrent expenditures. Did it benefit the people that you represent in this House? That audit report shall be in this House by next month or early September at the very least. I hope Members can take time to read and put governors to task so that devolution can succeed in this country. With those very many remarks, I support and lay the Statement on the Table of the Senate. I thank you."
