Then you are told that you are not obeying the rule of collective responsibility. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, if I had the choice and I was appointed a Minister to run a department, probably I would have told the appointing authority, “Thank you”. I am being reminded there is a very good example, why do we not follow that very good example? I beg to support."
