But with great respect, I want to remind the Member that sometimes it becomes very hard to include people in the middle of the project unless there is an expansion. This will mean variation of the project and would require further funding. It is not always that easy to get people on board once the project has been designed. It is true that we need to get this information to the people. When it is possible to get them on board, it will be done. I will instruct NIA to take up the issue of the meeting and the Member will be notified."
