    "content": " Hon. Speaker, the Cabinet Secretary has not answered the question on the proposed Thambana Dam that is on Rupingazi River. The Thambana Dam is one of the PPPs that we have proposed. We hope it will get an investor. We are on course on that dam and Kamumu Dam. If those dams will be constructed, we will answer the concerns of part of Runyenjes, Mbeere North and Mbeere South constituencies."
