    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. You have heard the Assistant Minister aggravate the situation by admitting that the helicopter in question was a gift. That is true. It was a gift to Kenyatta National Hospital (KNH) and not to his own ministry. Then they decided to take it to the police for servicing. Now, that helicopter has never flown a single patient since it has been grounded almost all the time. The fact is that the Assistant Minister is deliberately trying to mislead this House that we have an ambulance, when the truth is that we do not have a single air ambulance owned by this Government, or by the military, the police or any of its agents."
