    "content": " I said that I do not know where the money is. I am willing to investigate and I will give an answer. However, in terms of spending of that money, I said the projects were many. They require much more than Ksh77million. It would be prudent to apply any money that may be outstanding, including the retentions, if possible to either one of the projects or directly to the project where the money should go. The case for investigation is there and I am supporting it, including prosecution."
