    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. Hon. Umul Kheir Kassim, your Question has four parts and the first one is to provide the status of the implementation of Mandera Water Supply Project. The overall progress of the project is at 72 per cent. It is a twin-project because it has a water component and a sewerage project. The Mandera Sewerage Project is at 73 per cent. The total estimated length of the water lines is 228 kilometres. There are those components, as part of these projects, which are listed in the second paragraph."
