    "content": "Finally, as a Committee, we have also proposed some amendments to the Act of 2008, which is outdated. We want to repeal it. We hope the Amendment Bill will be here by next week for First Reading. We will reduce it from 30 per cent to one-fifth, so that Kenyans can enjoy the fruits of their Constitution on equal opportunities."
