Member for Turkana Central for bringing this important Bill and for doing something that we should have done long time ago. Since there is a constitutional obligation to allow the Cabinet to be appointed this year, it is also very critical to give this House the opportunity of having a say in the selection and the size of the Cabinet. I do share the sentiments expressed by Mr. Wamalwa."
