    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to address the issue of the Assistant Ministers that we have now. Assistant Ministers are not being given the kind of responsibilities that they should have. I want to support strongly that we should change, so that they become Deputy Ministers with full responsibilities of acting capacity in the event the Minister is not present for one or other reason. They should be given that mandate, to feel like they hold that Ministry, so that they are the principle deputies of the Ministers in the event the Ministers are not there."
