    "content": " Hon. Senators, I will proceed to put the question, which is that the Konza Technopolis Bill (Senate Bills No.2 of 2023) be now read a Second Time. We are going to vote electronically, one Bill after the other, then I will read the results after we have voted on the three Bills. We will start with the Konza Technopolis Bill, then the Persons with Disabilities Bill and, finally, the County Licensing (Uniform Procedure) Bill. Voting is going to be electronic starting with the Konza Technopolis Bill. Kindly, remove your cards from the delegates unit.
