    "content": "(1) The Committee sought to invite one of the petitioners to a meeting, but could not trace the Petitioner as he did not submit his telephone or email contacts. In light of this, the Committee recommends that Standing Order No. 232 (3) be reviewed to make it mandatory that both email and/or telephone contacts of petitioner(s) are provided as a requirement for approval of petitions."
