Senator, although we are aware of the Presidential pronouncement regarding additional funding, we have not yet received that money and it is not part of our budget. At the time, that pronouncement was made; we were unable to factor it in our budget. However, we are hopeful that during the supplementary budget it can be factored. When it is a pronouncement by the President, then it receives attention and priority in the Ministry. I undertake is to follow it up. I also confirm that due to austerity measures in the process, I have lost a budget under irrigation of more than Kshs1.3 billion. We are working with a very constrained budget, but we will definitely work on it. Thank you."
