    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, as I said in my answer, we are doing this work as a Ministry. We are also doing it with lead agencies. The lead agencies in this case are mostly local authorities. We are giving them awareness. We are telling them what to do. Most of the local authorities have started implementing the exercise of garbage collection and making sure that there is no pollution in our waters, whether in lakes or rivers. Just for the information of this House, the Ministry has already written to several local authorities in the country, who appear to be lagging behind in this exercise. Where the Ministry notices that the local authorities are not working to the satisfaction of the respective areas, the Ministry will do it on its own."
