    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker, for giving me this opportunity. The Petitioner raises very pertinent issues that need to be looked into. As the Departmental Committee on Transport and Infrastructure, we are ready to work with the Public Petitions Committee to have this matter resolved. There are very many Kenyans who had their land forcefully acquired by Government and it is their right to be paid their dues. Any slight delay should not be tolerated. As a House, we must ensure that all those people plus very many other Kenyans whose lands have been forcefully acquired by Government are compensated as quickly as possible. I support this Petition."
