    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker, for allowing me to second this Motion on the Report on a Visit to Semi-Autonomous Institutions of the EAC. I thank our Hon. Chairperson for being passionate about EAC matters. I am aware that when we were allowed to be Members of this Committee, Members felt they could only be there if they did not have another committee because it does not have opportunities. It has so many Members, 22, unlike the other Committees. I confirm that we are doing well under the leadership of Hon. Wanjiku. We have visited several places.
