Such a good debate has not seen the light of day because of misconception of ideas. A similar debate or Bill was in the Senate, I think in the 12th Parliament, sponsored by Hon. Susan Kihika, who is now the Governor for Nakuru. A similar debate has been in the EALA. Comprehensive education speaks on comprehensives, including social, mental, and other rights of awareness.
