    "content": "The gist of this Motion is to establish a Fund that will promote, prevent, control and treat cancer. The traffic at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) of people going to seek treatment in India is very huge. The reason behind it is that, as a country, we have not been able to provide adequate and comprehensive healthcare for cancer. Research has shown that if cancer is detected at an early stage, it can be treated. The problem is that in Kenya, cancer is detected at the last stages, which makes it very difficult to be treated."
