    "content": " Hon. Temporary Speaker, I beg to second the Motion on the creation of the Cancer Fund. The funding in our health sector is inadequate despite several declarations that the Kenyan Government is a signatory to, especially the Abuja Declaration that requires us to set aside up to 15 per cent of our national budget to health. More worrying is the fact that we are only at 7 per cent progressive as it may be. Only 2 per cent of our GDP goes to health funding.
