    "content": "Cancer has been a problem because many people call us for fundraisers. By creating a fund for cancer prevention, it will ease the burden for us politicians and the people back at home. It takes me back to the olden days when the Government was struggling and advising people to be vaccinated. Young children are being vaccinated and the mortality rate has decreased, which is a form of prevention. In the case of cancer, I strongly support the establishment of the proposed fund because as they say, prevention is better than cure."
