    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to contribute and add my voice to the Motion. I will start by thanking my colleague and good friend, Hon. Timothy Toroitich, for bringing the Motion to the House. It has invoked many issues concerning cancer and its management in this country. I will begin by noting that cancer is an illness or a disease that is usually associated with physical, social, emotional and financial ramifications for people and families that are affected by it. When you hear of cancer, you think of patients who fear death, disfigurement, abandonment, financial hardships and all sorts of negativity associated with that disease. That is why it is very important to debate this matter and collectively initiate the establishment of the proposed fund.
