Atandi and Leader of the Minority Party, under Standing Orders 208(A)(C) and 227 (2A), the Committee elected a Chairperson to not only bring a report to the House but to also move the House to debate its findings. That gives you an opportunity to bring material that you think the Committee has overlooked or left out to validate your assertions. We can allow the Chairperson to give Notice of Motion in furtherance of the prosecution of your Petition, so that the House Business Committee (HBC) can allocate it time to be debated. If you feel dissatisfied, you will be advised to do what is necessary within the Standing Orders and the law. Besides the Petition process, you are also at liberty to avail the material available to you of fraudulent acts committed by the people you allege to have done them to the administration of justice systems in the country— the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) and the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC)— who can take up the matter, notwithstanding the fact that there is a Petition here."
