    "content": " Hon. Speaker, I seek your indulgence to appreciate the students who have visited Parliament today, in particular, those from Nyamondo Secondary School in South Mugirango. I felt it wise to formally appreciate them on the Floor of the House because that school is located in the remote areas of my constituency. For them to find their way to Parliament is quite motivating. It reminds me that I first visited this House as a primary school student when you were sitting on the benches while I sat in the Public Gallery. That shows that anything is possible. One of the students from South Mugirango who is visiting us today could take my seat in this Parliament tomorrow. That is what I wanted to say. I appreciate them. Thank you very much."
